The 4th Pancyprian Statistics Day took place on Friday, June 9th, 2023, at the University of Nicosia premises in Nicosia. In total, 78 researchers from academia, private research companies, the Cyprus Statistical Service as well as large corporate organizations attended the event. During this one-day event, 21 scientific presentations were delivered by researchers whose interests are related to Statistics. Participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, present their work, get to know their colleagues’ jobs, and look for new ways of collaboration. This year, the Plenary Speaker was Dr. Xenia Miscouridou, Lecturer at the Mathematics Department of Imperial College London and a faculty member of the I-X initiative on driving innovation in machine learning, artificial intelligence and data science.
